Erie Insurance Agent Krystal Santiago is outstanding in my book, a real superstar!!! She took No shortcuts when explaining coverage options and premiums and demonstrated great patience when dealing with me(a Senior, Senior citizen). It was obvious she worked hard and did her homework to gain the high level of expertise in a short period of time. Give her a call for your insurance needs.

No body likes dealing with insurance companies it always feels like they just want our money. However, my experience here with Krystal was so personal and so fair from start to finish. Everything was made clear and easy to understand. The life insurance policy was handled quickly… not long, drawn out and frustrating like other experiences I’ve had. Definitely recommend this company but especially Krystal. She was super accommodating and on the ball, which I really appreciated!
